Austrian Football League and ML Marketing head into the 9th season

A lively cooperation enters its 9th season on the 50th anniversary of the Austrian Football League. What began in 2015 on two social media channels will already include more than ten digital channels in the 2023/24 season. A particular focus this year is on the successful launch of the YouTube channel, which is intended to offer fans throughout Austria further added value and underline the quality of the ADMIRAL Bundesliga.

"ML Marketing has been a strong partner of the digital Bundesliga channels since 2015. Just like soccer, our partnership has developed significantly during this time. What began eight years ago as a service for two social media channels at the time has now become a wide-ranging collaboration in the areas of social media, moderation, monitoring, website editing, video, graphics and content creation for more than 10 channels. What has remained unchanged in all this time, however, is the immense passion, innovative spirit and professionalism with which the ML Marketing team approaches the tasks and, together with us, carries Austrian Bundesliga soccer out into the digital world," says Bundesliga board member Christian Ebenbauer.

With passion, professionalism and courage to succeed

Passion for the Austrian Football League and the 2nd Division has been the cornerstone of our commitment from the very beginning. This passion has not faded even after all these years, but has increased with every season. With the emergence of new digital communication options, the creative use of these channels has become increasingly open. While ML Marketing and the Austrian Football League are already using well-established platforms such as Facebook and Instagram with new, target group-specific content formats, a TikTok channel was also successfully launched in July 2020 to reach even more potential fans. Now the YouTube channel is also to be professionalized in order to offer the community further added value in the digital world. Within the framework conditions, the motto for both the Austrian Football League and ML Marketing is that sustainable success can only be achieved with the courage to develop further.

Standing still is a no-go, especially in the digital world, knows ML Marketing CEO Michael Litschka: "Social media is developing incredibly quickly, which we have also experienced over the years with the Austrian Football League and have always reacted to this in order to achieve the best results. On the one hand, I am very proud that the Austrian Football League has trusted and valued our expertise in social media since 2015. On the other hand, we have developed many new projects in recent years in a mutual exchange, which makes the cooperation very lively, special and even more effective. We are very pleased that we will soon be entering the ninth season of the Austrian Football League and will be able to continue developing the social media channels. "
